The 2023 Annual Shareholders Meeting of First Metro Philippine Equity Exchange Traded Fund will be conducted virtually on June 21, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. via zoom to discuss business matters.    
Record Date.  Only shareholders of record at the close of business on May 19, 2023 are entitled to notice and to vote at the said meeting.
