Record Date: Only shareholders of record at the close of business on May 9, 2025 are entitled to notice and to vote at the said meeting. 

Pre-Registration: Individual shareholders intending to participate by remote communication should register online through the ZOOM link: https://bit.ly/FAMI_ASM_ETF2025 and email a valid government ID to asm@fami.com.ph on or before May 27, 2025 at 5 PM. 

Proxy: If you are unable to attend the virtual meeting but would like to be represented thereat, you may download and accomplish the proxy form here: https://fami.com.ph/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/FMETF-Proxy-Form.pdf and send a scanned copy to asm@fami.com.ph on or before May 27, 2025.
